Having been based on the Solent for some time, I have become concerned about aspects of its development. These ideas are reviewed on another website (see Links)
In recent years we made a Log of our annual cruise. In 2000, the Log won a Cruising Association trophy for the log of a cruise of under 30 days. That was when I was working. After I retired we went round Ireland in 2003, and the Logs prepared that year won the RYA Cruising Log Competition, and were equal first in the Cruising Association html Log competition. Many friends asked how it was done, and the eventual result was a CD titled ‘The Digital Log’ that was released in January 2005.
